Am trying to use the quality Monitor but the graph is red so I assume the EE Smart Hub is blocking it - "BQM graph with ICMP blocked". Does anyone know how to unblock on an EE Smart Hub?
The EE Smart Hub is reported to be te same as a BT one. If it is, then go to te user menu, selected <Advanced>, <Firewall>, >Configuration> and ensure that "Incoming Ping" is set to yes.
