TP Link VR600 - 100 pct dropped packets

[link to this post]

I have just created my BQM and it shows 100 pct dropped packets. Having read through various posts it could possibly be that ICMP ping is not enabled (?). I am unable to find where I could enable this.
Has anyone with this modem been able to get it working okay please, or has anyone any ideas on what I could do next. There is nothing in the manual to assist.
Thanks

In the router's firewall settings.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Thankyou RobertoS.
I finally found it under Advanced>System Tools>Administration (it is the final option). Not an obvious place in my opinion.

I have a TP Link VR2600 & the line stats are very basic. Under Advanced / System Tools / Administration

Local Management
Port 80

Remote Management *Enabled
Port 80

ICMP Ping
Remote *Ticked
Local *Ticked

Is this correct?

Thanks Natty
As I replied in post 3 I have now found what I need and all is working fine.
For info, your options are different from mine.
