Round about the same time I was at a friend's, near Stockport, and their VM really did go off for the same sort of period. Exact times not known, sorry. It was off when I arrived (having been on earlier) and came back up around 3 to 3:30 like yours.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

BQM was fine for me around that time shown below: My Broadband Ping: 11-03-2020

Ignore the red part on mine around 2:22am, BT decided to renew our Dynamic IP and my router had a hissy fit before rebooting, hence the red bar.

So not sure what is going on with yours, maybe your router decided to block all the pings.

Paul
