BQM BT Outage

Snapshot of my ping from last night @2am had 1st service outage I have ever noticed on my connection since having FTTP, is this potentially BT doing upgrades at the head-end exchange?
Also although negligible the latency is ever so slightly more after it came back on, could this be different routing applied? do not have any tracert's before or after to compare this is just curiosity.
Latency never normally changes with router re-boot (for comparing) this occasion is not a re-boot.

Most probably, ours went down last week for about the same time (between 1am and 2am), when it came back up I noticed the speeds were faster and the latency reduced by a very small amount if not the same.
