Latency problem?

Hey everyone, new member so apologies if I'm being really thick.

Here is my BQM link:

I'm with Vodafone for my Fibre and I'm having issues with occasional high ping measurements. This only really affects my gaming but that's mainly what I use my internet for.

So what I'm wondering is, do you consider my connection to be a problem I can request Vodafone ask Openreach to look at?

See no problem, working on the asssumption you are sleeping between 1am and 9am i.e. no signs of high latency when you are not using the connection.

For example the high latency peaks starting at 9am are very characteristic of you using the connection.
