Zen Pocket Loss WBMC :: Broadband Quality Monitor

I have a issue with TBB BQM to my Zen's IP BQM

The router has always set to accept the ping ever since my connection was switched over from TalkTalk to Zen on the 10th of June 2020 however TBB is saying no and showing a red pocket loss and has a little ever since i joined.

I am connected via WBMC on the mill hill exchange but looking on another looking glass i can see it pings nicely with no signs of pocket loss
