Is this BQM OK?

My Broadband Ping


there looks to be two large spikes, one at 4am and another at 8pm plus a few red packet loses? Is that normal?

Was anyone doing anything on the connection at the times of the spikes?

Also, is this Virgin Media? If so then a number of the hubs are well known for having those sort of patterns of response without any actual underlying issues.

losing connection about 3 times a week.

Yes VM and Superhub 3 puma chipset

not really much traffic, no Netflix/large scale web brosing or Bittorrent.

Check the Network Log tab, and look for T4 timeouts, or "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure" messages. If you have lots, there is a problem on the network, I would raise on the VM community forums.
