BQM stopped responding VM Hub4

Hi

I've been using the BQM for about a week now with no issues, however 2230 last night it started showing 100% packet loss? My IP is the same and the Hub is connected. to VMs network. Any advise please?

Stating the obvious, have you tried rebooting your HUB4?

Or did you reboot the HUB and your IP changed? If it did you need to update your BQM.

Virgin IP's never change from a Hub reboot.
They only change when Virgin trigger something that changes them.

In modem mode the IP changes when the device attached to the modem changes (e.g. new router).

Did you get to the bottom of this?
My Hub 4 has just stopped responding to the ICMP requests too by the looks of it and I'm not sure why.

Sounds like the same problem that the Hub 3 has. No one has ever found a cause or a solution as far as I am aware.
