Saw Tooth

I don't have any problems on the connection and until about three days back it was almost totally flat at around 4-5 ms with very little blue or yellow showing.

A couple of nights back, there was a 30 minute outage. Looking at the BQM now there appears to be a very regular saw tooth with a 50 minute time frame that started immediately after the outage. It slowly drops to around 3.5 ms then immediately goes back to 5ms (approx) before taking 50 minutes to get back to 3.5 ms with an indicated increase in max and average just before the jump back up.

Just interested on what might be casuing the sawtooth.
