BQM indicates my internet is fine but I cannot connect to it

I am trying to figure out why my internet is not working after my VM Hub 3 is turned off and on, to no avail. The BQM shows everything is normal. I can still connect to the router ip.

Current graph. The time of interest is from 3.30pm onward, when the Hub 3 is turned off and on. Everything else can be ignored.

This graph is from your test set up months ago and is not the same IP Address you're on (based on your forum post);.
I see you set up another one a few days ago which is on thew same IP and that does look more normal.
Unless of course you're posting from another location.
