Trying to create a BQM but 100% packet loss

I have create a BQM on my account and cannot find the setting where you allow the ping. I have a virgin media isp and have the hub 3 modem. I have been right through the settings and cannot the allow ping setting.
Can you help?

Log on to Hub 3, go down to 'Advanced Settings' then to 'Security' then click on 'Firewall'. Untick 'IPv4 firewall protection

If there's another way to enable it then I don't know what it is.

Does this setting do anything else? sounds like it might..

Yes, I didn't disable firewall when I used Hub 3.

The 2018 firmware enabled an additional option, I think this is right, not at home to check.

Navigate to routers web interface
Under the Advanced Settings -> Tools -> Ping menu
Tick the WAN Ping Respond box
Apply/Save changes
BQM should soon start showing ping responses, rather than solid red
