Help reading my data

I have set up a graph for my virgin after having problems the other day and stumbling across this site. But im unsure about how to take in the data shown. Please could someone maybe explain in better detail my results so far or just give an opinion on the results for VM 30mb.

On yours specifically, fairly normal for Virgin Media.About half the ones I quickly looked at have similar yellow sized area for Virgin Media

Seeing red and the blue getting wider is a sign of bad problems.

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/20af6f267dd... my graph, wide blue bit while downloading some MP3's from Amazon, and other spikes are generally web browsing. Red spike was a power cut we had during the night.

So aslong as the blue stays low the yellow doesnt matter too much unless its always high?
