Hello. I'm a new user of the BQM, after an extended period of getting repeated buffering on live BBC radio streams. My graph isn't like any of the example ones I can find

and it's pretty much the same every day - all red except a very specific period between 8pm and 10pm. I have put a check in the box in the DMZ page of the router settings, however the text for the text box is different to what is shown on the setup guide. My text is; "Check to enable or uncheck to disable your demilitarized zone". I also have a check in "Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP" in the Ping menu.
My tracerroute is showing some packet loss, but not the 100% that the BQM is showing
