Thoughts on BQM Graph

Hi all,

What are your thoughts on our Broadband Quality Monitor Graph?

Some background info:
Currently on a Belkin F5D8631-4 ADSL router. On BT 21cn network but on G.DMT line modulation.
Throughput speed usually between 0.6mbps to 1.4mbps (though at the moment around 0.9mbps)

Most of the blue/yellow follows the usual sort of 'you are using the connection' type pattern.
