Plusnet Terrible Speed!!! Massive Lag Spikes!!

Is anyone else experiencing terrible speeds around 5pm and later? It is consistent every night. I ran a speed test and am only getting 2mbps. It runs like its the stone age. I have seen many forums complaining about plusnets slow speeds during peak time. I just moved here from the united states, and have never experienced such slow internet in my life! Anyone else?

Turn off router for a minute and let it reconnect, different gateways seem to suffer differently.
