As you can see the ping is stupid crazy. The jitter is insane. I've had this issue for 6 weeks now and I just don't know what to do. Virgin media wont send engineers to me and just keep saying they are working on it. Surely they are breaking all their SLA's?
I've done EVERY troubleshooting step they have asked from me and you can see my thread for more information if you need it.

Just to point out my cousin who lives 4 doors down on the same road has the EXACT same issues for the same amount of time. I think this piece of information kind of points to a larger problem than they are making out.
If you guys need ANY information at all just please ask. I need some serious help here and will provide you with anything you need! Thank you for reading my post.
