getting sudden high ping cut off (virgin)

just made this as a preliminary post as i been getting 110 pings and small packet loss for last week or so and under 5-10mb/s download speeds when it's happening (upload is still going at 12mb/s)
this is on a 152(167)/12 connection superhub 2 with linksys e3200 AdvTomato

seems like something is been turned off at 11pm (some ones modem dumping noise into the local cable network?)

upload nor download is been saturated or high connection count (no p2p) using linksys E3200 with Adv tomato on it (was doing same on the stock superhub 2)

could do with ping been set to 150 on the anonymous graphs (you can't see anything at 500ms or 100ms)

i have 2-3 other peoples IP address on the same street later today to see if its happening to them as well (and another one from another area to make sure its not the capacity provider again that virgin media uses for my area or that Virgin are screwing up again or upgrading people's internet speeds for free when the local FTTN has not had more cards added)

Where are you ? I am in warrington, WA5. Mine looks virtually identical.

i guessing its local DOCSIS congestion/interference issues (but it suddenly drops off congestion does not just suddenly drop off it ramps down and up)

well seems to have stopped goofing around at the moment no drop in ping (still seemed like a local issue)

ok thats nice there is now a history button (was very limiting before only showing past 24 hours)

that or i never noticed the history button was there (been about a year from last time i used ping monitor)
