Re: Help understanding BQM grph

If you put your BQM live link in your Sig (see the options at the bottom of My Home), then we can always see it. If your IP address alters then you can easily edit that.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, sites and mail hosting - Tsohost & Ionos.
Connections: OnePlus 8 Pro max 165Mbps down, 24Mbps up on Three, and B311 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

Brilliant, thanks for all your help guys.

I have now restarted the BQM at the router IP and all looks good now for Sky I believe:

Panic over for now until me wifi starts dropping out again or Sky Q packs up again!

That looks much more consistent.

The top of the green line (the minimum latency) should really be flat on FTTC/FTTP.

It looked extremely jagged on the previous BQM. Pinging an internal device can have that effect.

Glad you sorted it.

Excellent smile.

Your original one I presume was also when a device was being pinged, so not really surprising.

I made the same mistake years ago when I got my first (proper) IPv6 connection with AAISP. On IPv4 behind NAT of course "What's my IP" is the router one the BQM picks up when you go to set it up gets the correct address. On IPv6 it is the "temporary" one your device is using. That changes quite frequently, which will be why your first one's address changed.
