Hi I am about 600 meters from my cabinet for FTTC but speeds are 50MB, SNR is 4/6, is there anything I can do to improve the speed, was fine until WFH and kids on it etc
I have no other options than BT or starlink!!

About the same speed I had at the same sort of distance. Making sure any internal telephone wiring is up to scratch would be the main thing in your control. Other than that you are probably getting about what you can expect.
If you have £8,000+ knocking around you could look at FTTPoD. You could also look at 4G to see if that is any improvement in your area.
Not much you can do - that is about te best you will get.
What are you doing that needs 50Mbps? Even with two working from home here (permanently) 60Mbps was perfectly adequate and with bandwidth to spare. Manage teh children - get a suitable router than put bandwidth restrictions on them from 08:00 to 18:00.
Or get a second line.

Guess got to live with it.
It's just around 6+ devices being online at the same time.
