BQM Graph Blank Periods

I've had the BQM set up for ages, but recently during some periods there's nothing on the graph? Like no green minimum latency, no red packet loss either, just empty periods. Any ideas why / what it could be? I'm monitoring latency and packet loss from inside my network to the internet as well, and there are no issues there.

It might be due to the pingbox service failing to do a lookup, so it won't show as red bars.

Was you using an IP or a domain name?

I had that with one DDNS service, and switched service and the problem went away. Something about the service caused it.

If you have a DDNS running then that is what is to blame.

I get such gaps in my DDNS all the time.

I tried three and ended up on one that actually works properly.

Yes I was using a domain name, and just found out the provider was having some issues which would explain it! Thanks a lot
