Understanding the BQM - FULL RED?!

Hi there

I recently bought a DECO hybrid mesh system to try and fix poor WiFi in my 150yr old house

Prior to doing so, my BQM looked like this -

My Broadband Ping

But since moving to DECO, it looks like this -

My Broadband Ping

To me, this looks bad

Thoughts pls?

It isn't working, you need to get your network, router or whatever to respond to pings, don't know if this is possible with the DECO.

For anyone googling and finding this post, I had the same system/issue and found a fix.

On the DECO App, go to Internet Connection and toggle off Ignore "Ping from Wan".

This fixed the issue for me.
