Disabled Bbqm

Hi,
My old Bbqm is shown as disabled and the system will not let create another with the same IP address. So I deleted the disable Bbqm. But the system will not let me create a new one as it tells me there is already one on that IP address, no there is not !!!!!!!!

Help as I am having intermittent broadband drop out and need to monitor what is going on.

Within minutes John H from TBb had reset my registration and helped solve the security issues with my router, preventing return pings. The Bbqm is now up and running.
