The one from today (09-08-2022) shows the issue most clearly, and the connection is noticably slow this evening. I've noticed for at least a few weeks there has been an increase in the latency on the BQM around the same time each evening, which I put down to it being the evening and likely increased peak usage - usage in the household hasn't changed, and there hasn't been a change in equipment in the house.
Is it likely to be the ISP, the local exchange, or something else? The FAQ page seems to suggest congestion, but I'd appreciate anyone that knows these graphs well to be able to confirm and advise so as I know and can talk to Zen about it further if it continues. I'm on an 80/20 FTTC connection with Zen.
