Strange packet loss issue

[link to this post]

I'm monitoring IPv4 and IPv6 on my broadband but strangely the IPv4 has been showing near 100% packet loss since about 0:50 on the 6th of April.

It has had a few 'spikes' without PL, but the connection seems OK and pinging from a server I have in a datacenter in Manchester shows ping replies just fine -- any ideas what the issue might be?

No FW rule changes (or any changes) recently and IPv6 is showing fine.

This connection is FTTP via IDNet, I have another FTTP connection with AMVIA which is working fine (aside from long standing packet-loss spikes and high IPv6 latency, but that is separate and under investigation - the AMVIA connection shows fine and they both use the same firewall).

Any help greatly appreciated.

Here are the graphs:
3rd April
4th April
5th April
6th April
7th April
8th April
9th April
10th April
11th April
12th April
13th April (Today, so-far)

I see you managed to (or it just did itself) fix it this morning.
Did you find out what it was?

Hi Seb,

Yeah it looks like there was an improper state mapping on the firewall, clearing that state seems to have fixed it.

Sorry for a lot of fuss about nothing and thanks again for the fantastic service you provide!
