I have a Hub 3 on Virgin coax, now 350 Mbps, was on the 200 Mbps. I never managed to get the Hub 3 to be pingable, so I have mine in modem mode, and I use a third party router (for many many reasons other than BQM). One workaround would be to set something as a device in your DMZ, however this would need to be something that doesn't matter if it gets crashed by internet idiots/bots/script kiddies.

Here is a thread from April 2024 when this was last discussed, and I tried the Hub 3 in router mode, but it had no option.

I had problems similar to this when I deleted and created new monitors... turned out to be a Denial of Service filter in my router that was seeing the frequent pings as a DoS attack and ignoring the pings. I up'ed the filter threshold and all is working well now.
Don't know why this suddenly started to happen with the new monitors.
