Currently on my mobile, so it’s probably just me, but am continuing to get the ‘no data’ displayed on the “View All my BQMs” from the main profile page. Clicking into “Details and History” button reveals each of the BQM graphs no problem. It’s just the top level overview which displays ‘No Data’ for each.
Logging on / off from the mains site / also separately the forums on another tab, closing the tabs completely and closing and restarting the mobile browser make no odds…
This was intermittent many months ago, but seems to have returned. Any idea of the cause?

Which browser was this with? What plugins do you have?

Safari under iOS 27.0.1. No plugins active
Mobile browser shows 1 graph with data and 2 graphs with 'no data'
Desktop browser is fine.

I wouldn't suggest doing that (bad practice).. but will find another way to do this if you're happy.
Can you send me a PM with the BQM detail in question. I'll probably get your password reset Sunday or Monday, do the checks, and then either set it back or you can use the forgotten password tool. But I will need to get help as I actually can't manually change it easily

…and this morning it’s all fine again. Weird.
Nothing changed my side.

Does this change often?
We have a possible bug which *sometimes* causes this error but I was thinking yours was regular on one device

Not all the time. It’s irregular / intermittent - but I haven’t precisely noted or tracked when.
I will do so going forward.
