I am rather upset after i tried to upgrade my broadband account(option 3) to the new BT total broadband. When i noticed the free hub and handset deal i thought it could come in very handy so i tried to upgrade...Ha right, instead i was informed that i did not qualify for the free handset only the hub, even if i paid a higher monthly charge(

i suspect if you ring up again you might have better luck.

I susspect if they start asking for a MAC they might have even better luck
