Well since this afternoon's thunderstorms - my speeds seem to have dropped from there ususal 4.2Mbps - down to 383kbps - seem to have stuck there all evening as well - even though the ever so wonderful BT Home Hub showing a a sync of 4.7Mbps and a downstream SNR value of 11.5db - router stats look fine - but actual results far from it - has the storms effected my BRAS profile - if os how do I go about getting it reset - don't want to have to wait three days for the exchange to automatically reset me.
Any pointers & who do I call?
