I have just transferred from Virgin, and I have a newbie question -

Can I select which package features I install? I want to use the anti-virus but don't want the online BT browser.

It seems as if it's an all or nothing situation. Hope I'm wrong

You can just sign in with IE and get your AV etc that way, it is under services then software centre. Type BT Yahoo in Google, you will then get a log in screen, you can do it from there.
