I had a problem with the hub, after using a 2091 for 3 months with a very stable sync and very few disconnections , getting consistent speeds of 4500-5500kbps or higher. I ordered a bt fusion phone & withtthis came a new home hub so that i could install the bluetooth adapter needed for the fusion phone, yipee i thought a shiny new hub........ that is where the excitement ended im afraid, soon as i installed the hub i had loads of disconnections for about 2 hours after installation, this i now can see has caused MAX to assume i have an unstable line and lower my sync rates and my snr, many calls to india (useless) resulted in firstly being told yes there was a line problem which would be escalated, then when it was in the 3-5 day time frame i was given, i rang back, only to be told that because my line speed was above the threshold that there was nothing they were prepared to do about it. I was furious and tried to explain the 3 stable months etc but no response.
It wasnt until i saw people on here talking about the dmt tool that would allow me to manually reset my snr rating that my line speed has now come back upto almost the level it was pre hub install (i cant get it any higher as my snr wont go below 9.5-10 using dmt, even though it was lower with my old 2091) .
My suggestion to you would be to try the dmt tool to lower your snr rating, it worked for me
