My Settings, I know noting about what is good or bad so am seeking some advice on what is right and wrong and how to sort it out.

looks alright to me. FEC errors are high but i wouldn't lose any sleep over it really.

FEC errors are where your equipment and the BT equipment have recovered the data which would have otherwise been lost. It also means your line is interleaved which changes the way data is transmitted over it to reduced loss of data but it adds latency.

10K FEC errors is only slight high for 1-2 days uptime - the fact you have interleaving enabled could be an issue if you do any internet gaming, but no cause for concern if you use the internet for browsing, email, multimedia, file transfer, etc.

I don't do gaming, just cain soulseek and browse.

Still stuck at 1800ish, spoke with BT in India who said it will sort itself out in the ten days, I asked for a call reference number, guy went off, game back said he needed to do some line checks, came back, said line was fine, then gave me reference number.

Wonder what he would have done if I did no ask for the number?

I called bt yesterday regarding my line on interleaving, i now have 20-30ms higher ping times due to it, but they are gonna take it off the line in 4-5 working days so i should be back to fast mode by friday

this is my stats from the router for being on for 2 days, i have a profile of 6500k but I am still in my training period.

should run just as well with interleaving off as on (on your line with those stats)...so probably better off if you need good pings for online gaming or such like.
