advanced setting on bthomehub help

[link to this post]

hi guys ive tried the search facility but cant seems to get what im looking for,

Im trying to get into the advance setting of the hub but for some reason the only options that i get are,

Change Password
Switch to another User
Close Window

it also says that im logged in as {basic}, so i tried to switch user using the password give in the manual the admin one, but nothing happens was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the matter.

Is there somwhere i can log in to the hub as a admin to release further options or is that all the option u get on the hub, i hope not hehe

Thanks in advanced

Are you using Internet explorer 7?

If so, then your firmware is probably at 6.1.1.M in which case you can't get logged in.

Either download Firefox, or wait until your hub updates to version 6.1.1.R and it'll work

Look for your firmware revision on the Hub page

If it 6.1.1.M (ie a new Hub) it is not compatible with IE7 and but is with IE6.

However if you cannot use IE6, the firmware will upgrade overnight to rev. 6.1.1.R which is compatible with IE7.

Just use Firefox. However your code it very downlevel. You can do a manual download from BT Broadband. Can't remember the URL though- sorry.

The only code to download from BT right now is 6.1.1.M so still wouldn't help him
