BT/Yahoo Mail in Outlook Express

Can anybody point me or tell me the settings in Outlook Express so I can read my bt/yahoo mail there instead of having to sign in all the time at a different location. I don't know what POP3 or SMTP settings are. There seems to be nothing about it on BT's website.
