Unknown-02-14-7f-95-8c-58 192.168.1.253 ethport3 <<<< Hub Phone(s) ???

You must have connected the duplicate computers with different NIC's as the MAC would have been different.

Any computer which connects to it stays in the list of connected devices for every. Its a very handy design feature.

Thanks for looking. Same NICs but a few refreshes now gives greyed out info so that must be from earlier connections. But 1 PC still shows as connected even though it hasn't been on since last night so it just appears to be really slow in updating.
Also, the second PC and Xbox still aren't in the list.

hmm strange if you go into advanced mode and then devices you can administer this list and remove clients which have not been connected for very long with a different network card or the like. Clean it all up and see how it goes then.

Ok..removed everything and refreshed and it is now seeing the PC. The Xbox is reported as

Unknown-00-17-fa-4b-d7-33 192.168.1.66 WLAN

so I have edited the profile for it and it now shows as Xbox.
I wonder what the other device was that showed in the list yesterday with a different MAC address? Possibly a neighbours PC that could see the network but not actually attach?

As its the server, it will be active anyway regardless of weather something is connected. e.g. if nobody is on thinkbroadband the server stays on it wont shutdown so when the next person comes along they have to wait for it to boot up and become ready.
