Bt Total BB - Setup Disk

[link to this post]

Hi,

Am due to get the homehub delivered tomorrow but I've heard on a couple of posts that the setup disk that comes with it shouldn't be run. Is this because it's full of all that Yahoo crud they want you to have, or for some other reason?

Just need to clear this up prior to getting it!

Thanks!
Chris

Don't use it...it is the crud you've heard about!
BT Browser is IE with some addons, Norton (euch) Security Software and some dodgy Connection Manager software.

Thanks.

Not really on the same subject, but I already have Kaspersky AV, would I be better off keeping this than use the Norton supplied by BT?

Thanks,
Chris
