Peak rate speeds...a theory

[link to this post]

Shoot me down in flames if you like, but is it a coincidence that the recent peak time speed issues have started occuring at the same time that Plusnet (now part of BT) have started trials on a new Central Plus network whereby traffic is routed through BT Retail and not Plusnet's equipment. {just a thought}

I cant see it making much odds, Plusnet's userbase is under 200,000 and the trialists will only be a few thousand.

Co-incidence.

last I heard .. theres at the most only a couple of hundred users on it.
PN are paying for their own blocks as a separate entity to BTr.
