BT making me mad

when i joined bt i was told i would get around 2mb download but all i was getting was 500kps, so i contacted them and was told it would be fixed, next day checked speed and was now 250kps,rang again was told it would be sent to the fault department as a highest priority and my spped now is 135kps, i do not know what to do now everytime i call them i am assured it will be fixed as soon as possible but still nothing is done

Go to http://speedtester.bt.com and do a speedtest there. Copy and paste the results back onto this forum.
