Had a letter this morning from BT saying I could save

BTBroadband & BT Vision
Downstream 5,954.5 Kbps ( = 5.8 Mbps )

I suppose it's them covering their backs and making sure existing customers don't complain at getting money off. BT's recent moving of customers from option 4 to 3 which was cheaper and unlimited is a good example.
