Hardingstone Exchange

I've heard from a Sky BB user who has been in contact with the Sky BB Helpdesk that there has been some serious event at the Hardingstone exchange requiring the re-config of all BB access.

Personally i've had nearly 2 months of issues on this exchange with my downstream and Bras all over the place but nearly always slow.

Today its 1543k downstream with a Bras of 135k.

Does anyone know the truth behind this one?
