For the last week or so the HTTP throttling went away... until tonight when it kicked in at 21:00 eh? weird time to start...

I had the same with torrent shaping tonight! was fine up untill 4 where it got kicked down to about 20k so i closed utorrent. Came back at 6 and decided to set it off again and to my suprise it flew at 300k.
