BT Now Throttling Torrents Off Peak ?

It's 2 08am and my torrents are being throttled at 60 kbps. They are well seeded , so i know bt are throttling.

Anyone else ?

Also tested normall downloading also capped at 60 when I normally get 400 off peak.

Might just have been a blip - I happened to notice a file I was downloading about 30-40 mins ago or so suddenly dropped from 400KB/s to 55KB/s for awhile then went back up to 400 - and I know it wasn't the host as its on a gig-e link with massive amounts of redundancy and only 1 hop off BT's network.

Still the same at 3-07 am. I am pretty sure they are throttling beacuse i capped a torrent speed at 50 , then I set it too unlimited and the speed flew up to 400 and then back down to 60.

That could be the torrent client, i used to see it fly up to 200 if i did that on my old 1mb conn. check a net meter or something to see whats actualy coming down. I only say that because i was pulling down 120 earlier on a bad torrent

No problem with Usenet.

Downloading at a rock solid 870kb/sec
