Stuck BRAS profile won't even go down on low sync!

Very strange. My BRAS profile is stuck at 6500. I was connected at 8128/448 for 5 days and it didn't move to 7150. Then I reconnected after a hub reboot at 8032/448 for about 6 days, and it still stuck.

With the recent thunderstorms it reconnected at 5128/448 and it didn't drop...still at 6500.

Now I am at around 8000 again....and I bet it won't move in 3 days for now.

What causes it to get totally stuck even after it has been moving up and down without problems in the past?
