bt broadband and dabs offer

[link to this post]

hello,
i've just signed up for bt broadband option 3, and part of the signup offer was 500 of dabs vouchers, no i've been past from pillar to post trying to redeem these vouchers, bt tell me to contact dabs, dabs tell me to contact bt, and neither will help me out.

as my service went live on the 17/03/2008, and i am still within the first seven days of the service, am i able to ask for a mac code, and move to another provider, without uncurring a cancellation fee?
many thanks

not sure all i do know is they count the 7 days from when the order was placed to when it was provisioned. You may be stuck in a long contract which would be costly to get out of

go back to the point of sale (where you ordered it) and get a contact number and chase your vouchers up with them

Can't help with your question, but, did you sign up via the Dabs web-site?
