Homehub - how to get line data?

Can anyone remind me how to get line data through the homehub?

I have the new style black hub Software version 6.2.6.C

When I connect to the box 192.168.1.254 I get the basic menu, when I click on
Advanced > continue to advanced >...
I go back to the basic menu (Home, Telephones, Basic Config, Services and Troubleshooting) - no mention of the 'Advanced' menu?

Didn't need a password - went straight to the data.

Anyone able to give advice on the data? Is this good / bad - anythning I can do to improve if needed?

Could you post the update from that page too? Just gives me an idea of what period the disconnections are occurring.

Pretty poor line rate considering the low attenuation, would expect to get the full 8Mbits.
Should check wiring, filters etc.

Yeah its a poor line, first thing to do is to plug the home hub into the test socket which is on your BT master socket.

Find your master socket and unscrew the two screws on the front. Now plug your HH + microfilter into the socket behind and see what happens.

If your feeling up for it you could check to see if your ringwire is connected if so remove it, one of the more knowledgeable engineer folks will know which terminals should be connected. Nothing should be in terminal 3 is all I know.

You have a noisy line which is causing the disconnections and errors.
