I'm still having the same problems.

No way of reporting it as they always fob me off.

Their last few statements: "We do not guarantee any upload speeds"

So now I'm stuck at 64Kbps for at least 2hr/day .

The internet is absolutely useless at 64Kbps. Online gaming,skype, transferring files...

Will have to get a cease and reprovide as they are taking the mick.

Just letting everyone know my problem has been resolved.

A very friendly Openreach Engineer fixed it for me after approching him on the street!!!!

It was a faulty "E Side" he replaced.

Stable connection for 5 days and counting. Speed went up to 4Meg too
