i left bt broadband about 2 months ago and joined sky

on wednesday night i got a phone call off bt saying that they will knock off �2 a month if i carry on using there broadband

i dont think that they know what they are doing with themselves at the best of times

god knows only why i joined them in the first place

Make sure they're not still charging you -- occasionally an ISP isn't properly informed when a user migrates away, and continues charging them. In some cases it's probably deliberate, but I'm sure BT wouldn't do that, since they're not being sold to Tiscali any time soon and thus trying to keep their number of users artificially high (*cough*Pipex*cough*)

Just mention phorm and they hang up on you

Wait until you've been with Sky for a while
