Suffering lots of drop-offs at the moment. Have gone through the usual routine with replacement HH, "line tests" and various tricks from India. Escalated to another helpdesk with direct access via a different telephone number and a pin number.
They seen to have last grasped the idea there is a line problem. Openreach engineer coming tomorrow. What does anyone deduce from these stats (in test socket)?
