Outgoing emails seem fine, and if I email myself, it comes back immediately, so to my limited understanding it seems as if the problem is on the edge of BT rather than on the inside.
Their Service Status page doesn't mention anything current, although it appears that their dial-up users were having some issues with email last week, now allegedly resolved.
Before I go to the hassle of contacting them (which I haven't done before now, and don't really want to start), does anybody know anything about this and whether they're working on it? It's been going on since at least first thing Monday morning, and it's now Wednesday evening.
Many thanks,
AS.
