What makes you think it is now a stuck profile? It looks to me like the original connection was totally screwed, (or maybe not screwed if you get my point), and you now have a proper ADSL Max link.
The profile often or always starts at 2000kbps these days then self-adjusts according to the normal rules. See
this table and the explanations above and below it. So you probably have one or two days to wait, though it could be up to 5 days. Maybe just overnight.
What you do need to find out is whether the 10-day training has restarted. This is quite important as all the training period really does that is set in stone is find your Maximum Stable rate, which seems to be the lowest sync you get in the period.
From the MSR the Fault Tolerance rate is set, at 70% of MSR.
In the future if your sync falls a lot, so long as it is above the FTR then BT just say tough! Only if it is
consistently below the FTR will they accept a report of that and accept it could need investigating. (Not necessarily a fault).
If those early sync's are retained on the records then in respect of the FTR you are permanently stuffed.
