aslong as its not throttled to hell and back.
It isn't shaped or restricted at all.
EDIT: Quite a few posts about poor ping times on them around these forums and on google
They've had occasional problems... but who hasn't?

And they tend to get them sorted quickly.

Thats good, hopefully they don't use either enta (I guess not) or griffin (not sure).

Seem a little bit more often than other ISPs in the same kinda ballpark... too much high pings and I'd be constantly moaned at by the CS players crazy

EDIT: There is one other issue that needs addressing as well and another reason why I'm wary of changing ISP... the line has quite a high error rate - but with 12-15 db SNR target margin and fastpath locked on it can sustain both low pings and stability... its enough hassle getting that sorted with BT let alone any other provider.

Nope, just BT... which admittedly means you have to put up with their stupid profiling system mad

I'll declare an interest... they're my ISP and they're good. You don't see many serious complaints, either here on their own (independent, but hosted by them) support forum. But all BB users like to moan, so IDNet users even moan about little things- we don't get much else tongue
